Marketing Lab is a performance marketing agency based in Kolkata, helping D2C brands scale through data-driven strategies, high-converting creatives, and growth-focused marketing solutions. We are looking for passionate interns who are eager to learn, take ownership, and build their careers in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

Copywriting

• Write engaging ad copies, website content, and marketing creatives.
• Develop creative hooks, headlines, and campaign ideas.
• Research brands, audiences, and market trends.
• Work closely with the creative and performance teams.

Design

• Create engaging social media posts, ad creatives, and marketing visuals.
• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and campaign designs.
• Design graphics for websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the creative, client servicing, and performance teams.

Internship Details

• Location: New Town, Kolkata
• Duration: 4 Months
• Type: Full-time Internship
• Stipend: ₹7,500/month
