About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Software Engineering Intern to join our growing team. This role provides an opportunity to work on web application development using React while also gaining exposure to client environments, IT support operations, and business analytics. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a basic understanding of programming, and a willingness to interact directly with clients to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, investigate issues, and communicate resolutions.
- Monitor application performance and assist with system maintenance activities.
- Analyze application, operational, and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support business and client needs.
- Document technical processes, support procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
- Participate in team meetings, code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and business processes as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming fundamentals.
- Familiarity with:
- React.js
- JavaScript
- HTML
- CSS
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
