We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can help strengthen our online visibility through engaging videos, AI-powered creatives and compelling social media content.

Role Description

• Create engaging and creative content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Assist in developing reels, posts, carousels, stories, captions, and short-form videos.
• The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera or creating face-led video content, using AI tools to develop creatives, and writing engaging copy for different social media platforms.
• Research trending topics, formats, hashtags, sounds, and content ideas relevant to the target audience.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and ongoing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Track basic social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Support social media campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for ideation and content creation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Min. 6 months hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
• Ability and willingness to create face-led video content, including appearing on camera when required.
• Basic to good video recording and editing skills, with knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar applications.
• Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including their content formats and engagement strategies.
• Creativity, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• A portfolio of social media posts, videos or AI-generated creatives will be an advantage.

• Location: Noida, Sector 2
• Duration: 3 Months

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

• Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on interview performance.
• PPO Opportunity: A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) may be offered based on the intern's performance. The PPO is not guaranteed and will solely depend on overall performance and contribution during the internship.
