Content Writer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content for web pages, product descriptions, blogs, case studies, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
• Plan and develop content aligned with brand and product goals.
• Conduct research on industry trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to support communication initiatives.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Optimize content for digital channels.
• Maintain a content calendar to support timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Content Writing and general Writing skills focused on clarity, precision, and audience engagement.
• Content Strategy and Research skills to plan effective content and base messaging on accurate, up-to-date information.
• Solid Proofreading and Editing skills to ensure error-free, consistent, and brand-aligned content.
• Familiarity with digital and marketing concepts, including SEO basics, messaging for multi-channel campaigns, and user-focused communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, communication technology, or enterprise products (preferred but not mandatory).
