About the Role

Rise Your Light is seeking a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Greater Delhi Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and engaging prospective customers.
• Presenting products or services.
• Managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Conducting client meetings.
• Responding to inquiries.
• Maintaining customer relationships.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure service quality.
• Executing marketing activities.
• Supporting promotional campaigns.
• Gathering market feedback to refine messaging and outreach.
• Assisting in training new team members on sales processes and product knowledge.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and manage field visits as needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for clear presentations, negotiations, and collaboration.
• Strong Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding, guide peers, and help optimize team performance.
• Relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
