About the Role

The Intern role is an on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This internship is intended to provide hands-on experience and mentorship in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations.
• Assist with product documentation.
• Maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal teams in manufacturing, distribution, and sales.
• Perform basic data entry.
• Help with inventory checks.
• Contribute to simple market research tasks.
• Prepare reports or presentations under guidance.
• Shadow experienced team members to understand workflows across retail and wholesale channels.
• Support administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Familiarity with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, and email).

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to support data collection, simple research activities, and reporting.
• Willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Enrollment in or completion of a diploma or degree program in business, commerce, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area and commit to the internship duration as agreed with the company.
