About the Role
Join ORN as a Travel Advisor and help customers discover, plan, and book memorable travel experiences. You will be their trusted travel partner from the first inquiry to post-travel follow-ups, driving bookings and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
- Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Explain itineraries, pricing, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Build lasting customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates to 5 years of experience from a Travel/Tourism background.
- Excellent spoken English.
- Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Confident communicators with a customer-first attitude.
- Interested in sales, travel, and target-driven roles.
- Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
