About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our manufacturing team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
