Graphic Designer

About the Role

A full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Pune Division. The Graphic Designer will create visually engaging designs for digital and print assets, including marketing materials, social media creatives, web graphics, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for digital and print assets, including marketing materials, social media creatives, web graphics, and presentations.
• Develop logos and brand identities.
• Select and refine typography.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all design outputs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and product teams to translate concepts and requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple projects.
• Maintain organized design files.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to continuously improve visual quality.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma or similar).

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, impactful visual concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain coherent brand identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for digital and print formats.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work across web, mobile, and print mediums.
• Ability to interpret briefs, take feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
