It is the first company in India to be registered with IBBI as a Registered Valuer Entity, offering early-career professionals a strong platform to build expertise in valuation and real estate analytics.
This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Valuation Analyst role based in Faridabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior team members in conducting real estate valuations.
- Prepare technical appraisal reports.
- Assist in market research and data collection.
- Analyze property-related information.
- Review financial data.
- Apply valuation methodologies.
- Maintain organized documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Learn regulatory and industry standards.
- Contribute to the development of valuation models and tools.
- Training and guidance will be provided.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with valuation software is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw clear conclusions.
- Foundational knowledge in Real Estate Valuation principles.
- Skills in Financial Modeling and Finance to support quantitative analysis and report preparation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant academic background such as Finance, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification or pursuit of valuation-related courses is beneficial.
