The Sales and Marketing Intern will support Skillnara’s growth by assisting with sales outreach, marketing campaigns, and learner engagement activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring close collaboration with the sales and training teams to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Interacting with prospective learners
• Explaining courses and offerings
• Responding to inquiries
• Maintaining accurate records of leads and customer interactions
• Helping organize trainings and promotional events
• Coordinating with the sales team
• Contributing to marketing content and social media initiatives

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management abilities
• Training-related skills
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles, including social media and promotional activities
• Enthusiasm for learning, education, and helping others develop their skills
• Prior internship or project experience in sales or marketing is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
