About the Role
SS Associates Group is looking for a proactive and responsible candidate to support procurement, supplier management, and supply chain operations. The role involves sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, conducting market visits, and ensuring timely availability of required materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material sourcing, quotations, and price negotiation.
- Visit local markets, suppliers, and manufacturing units as required.
- Assist with purchase planning, supplier follow-ups, inventory records, and timely material delivery.
- Must be willing to travel to markets and supplier locations.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of agro-products, agricultural commodities, and raw materials is preferred.
- Experience or knowledge of the packaging industry, including bottles, pouches, labels, and containers, will be an added advantage.
