About the Role
Webespire Consulting is hiring passionate and technically capable B.Tech and MCA freshers from the 2026 and 2027 batches. The role focuses on developing modern web applications using Next.js or the MERN Stack, with an emphasis on utilizing AI coding tools effectively while demonstrating independent coding ability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop modern web applications using Next.js or MERN Stack.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools responsibly to accelerate development.
- Build frontend interfaces, backend APIs, and database integrations.
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with senior developers on real-world projects.
- Maintain code quality, security, and development standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
Next.js Developer Trainee Focus
- JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js
- HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS
- API integration and responsive web development
- Basic knowledge of Git and databases
MERN Stack Developer Trainee Focus
- MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
- JavaScript and REST API development
- Database operations and backend fundamentals
- Authentication, debugging, and Git
AI-Assisted Development Skills
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
- Ability to use AI tools to improve development productivity
- Understanding, validating, debugging, and optimizing AI-generated code
- Ability to solve coding problems independently without relying entirely on AI
Mandatory Eligibility Criteria
- 2026 or 2027 passing year only
- B.Tech or MCA candidates only
- Minimum 65% overall academic score
- This is a Remote job and requires daily work of 8-9 hours.
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals
- Ability to write, explain, and debug code independently
- Knowledge of modern AI-assisted development tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
