Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our Technical team of Construction Division. You will be responsible for handling Technical/specifications meetings working with our sales Team. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and providing reliable solutions directly to our customers/MEP Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a daily agenda of customer visits to understand their technical requirements and specify products and assist customer in decision making.
• Meet with MEP consultants of the Projects and use technical expertise to provide solutions from our product range.
• Maintain consistent contact with customers to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Customer base (Record maintenance) and provide customer service.
• Attend weekly review meeting with Reporting Line manager.
• Stay abreast on product knowledge, competition knowledge, and market situation.

Qualifications

• B.E / B Tech (Civil Engineering)
• 2026 Passouts
• Strong structural and design knowledge.
• Based/relocate to Gurgaon.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic Excel skills.
• Willingness to travel (Field Job).
