What You'll Own

• Onboarding Experience
• Support employee lifecycle through onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Coordinate background verification and joining formalities.
• Partner with DevOps and Finance to ensure systems and access are sorted from day 1.
• People Ops & Continuous Improvement
• Maintain and update employee information, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, employment documents, and other employee-related documentation.
• Spot friction or gaps in how things run and pitch practical fixes.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve HR processes efficiency.
• Employee Engagement
• Assist in employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and HR events.
• Own the logistics behind weekly Friday team rituals, keeping energy consistent.
• Design and run team bonding activities.
• Payroll Support
• Support payroll administration and review employee reimbursement submissions against the travel and expense policy.

What We Are Looking For

• Bonus points for prior exposure to HR, operations, or admin work.
• Naturally organized and detail-oriented.
• Reliable and consistent, especially on recurring, deadline-driven tasks.
• A clear, friendly communicator, capable of coordinating with employees, Finance, and DevOps.
• Trustworthy and discreet, given access to employee financial and personal data.

• India Stipend: ₹20,000 INR - ₹25,000 INR
