Social Media Intern

About the Role

Celestial Events is seeking a Social Media Intern to join their team in New Delhi and help build their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media pages, primarily Instagram.
• Shoot behind-the-scenes content at weddings, corporate events, shoots, and activations.
• Edit reels, videos, stories, and other social media content.
• Develop fresh and creative content ideas for weddings and events.
• Capture moments, details, setups, and people that tell the brand story.
• Maintain the aesthetic and overall look of social media pages.
• Write captions, hooks, and engaging copy.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, and trending audio.
• Plan and execute the social media content calendar.
• Track content performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with the events and creative teams on content requirements.
• Assist with other social media and digital marketing activities as required.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 Months
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Location: New Delhi
• Stipend: 8k-10k

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Strong creative eye and understanding of social media aesthetics.
• Basic to advanced video editing skills.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories, and trends.
• Ability to shoot quality content using a phone or camera.
• Comfortable working on-site at weddings and events, including long hours.
• Ability to think independently and bring new ideas.
• Understanding of branding and visual aesthetics.
• Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Prior experience in social media or content creation is a plus.
