Associate Recruiter

About the Role

MPLT Healthcare is seeking a competitive, motivated Associate Recruiter to launch a career in recruiting and sales. This role involves learning to source, engage, and build relationships with physicians in a fast-paced, high-reward industry, with training toward promotion into a full Recruiter role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities.
• Source and engage physicians through calls, referrals, job boards, and online research.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
• Support Recruiters with candidate sourcing, scheduling, and pipeline management.
• Track activity, notes, and outreach in the database.
• Learn physician staffing fundamentals including licensing, credentialing, and assignment flow.
• Develop recruiting and sales skills with the goal of promotion into a full Recruiter role.

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with competitive drive.
• Experience using LinkedIn or other professional/social platforms is a plus.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting is a bonus.
• Recent college graduate seeking a career in sales or recruiting is a bonus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
