About the Role

GOFO is seeking Station Trainees to join its technology-driven last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Undergo centralized training.
• Receive hands-on training at assigned sites.
• Relocate to a site in the Northeast region upon completion of training.
• Work as a Trainee Station Manager.
• Complete the following during the four-month training period:
• Warehouse Operations Training
• Station Operations & Management Training
• Data & KPI Understanding
• Basic Team Leadership Development
• Independent Handling of On-site Operational Issues
• Development of Operational Management Capabilities

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Accommodation will be provided.
• Travel allowance will be available starting from the second month.
• Upon subsequent promotion to Station Manager, a corresponding salary adjustment will be made.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Preferred Majors: Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Language: Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
• Core Competencies:
