About the Role
- Designation: Junior Revenue Cycle Representative - AR fresher
- Job Location: DLF IT/ITES SEZ, 1/124, 2nd floor, Block 10, Shivaji Gardens, Nandambakkam Post, Manapakkam, Chennai 600 089
- Shift Timings: Night Shift (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)
- Shift window: 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM (any 9 hours shift)
- Home pick-up and drop facility available
- Shift Allowance: Rs. 75/day for days worked, reimbursed at month-end.
- No Remote or Hybrid work option.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies to resolve unpaid medical claims and investigate claim denials.
- Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims to ensure physician efforts are paid.
- Identify trends and communicate findings/errors to appropriate stakeholders for education and elimination of future errors.
- Work with the insurance company on behalf of clients, represent them, and resolve claims within timelines and defined service levels.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fixed night shift.
- Good analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Graduates from Commerce and Science (Non-Life Science) streams only.
- Postgraduates, Diploma holders, and Life Science graduates are not eligible.
