Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist Night Shift
Location: Vadapalani, Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift Timing: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medication profiles and clinical documentation.
- Identify potential drug interactions and medication-related risks.
- Apply clinical guidelines during case reviews.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow patient confidentiality and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Pharm.D graduates; freshers are welcome.
- M. Pharm
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Candidates currently residing in Chennai.
