About the Role

ALwrity is seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker Intern to join their team. This is a 12-month internship with the potential for a full-time opportunity. The role involves rigorous testing of AI applications, market analysis, content creation, and community building to scale the company's growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Application & Quality Testing: Stress-test AI content applications, publishing pipelines, and web tools to identify bugs, UX friction, and feature gaps.
• Competitor & Market Analysis: Track competitor features, positioning, and content strategies.
• Content Creation: Leverage platform and AI tools to produce high-value content, guides, and marketing assets.
• Growth Marketing & SEO: Execute data-driven distribution strategies to optimize visibility across search and social channels.
• Community Building: Foster and engage the user and developer community across platforms like GitHub, Discord, and social spaces.

The Person We Are Looking For

• Background: Genuine obsession with AI tools, growth hacking, open-source culture, and modern digital ecosystems. Degree is less important than disposition.
• Analytical & Metric-Driven: Instinct to look at data points when evaluating competitors, engagement metrics, or content. Thinks in structured frameworks.
• Tech-Curious & Platform Literate: Understands how search engines, social algorithms, and AI generation pipelines work. Enjoys tinkering with software and exploring new tech stacks.
• Low Ego, High Ownership: Takes initiative and treats feedback as a product upgrade.
