About the Role
- This is a CA Article Trainee (GST) position.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing audit and assistance assignments as per standards/checklists.
- Ensuring timely collection of all information and documents with respect to audit/assignment.
- Audit/assignment documentation (file & I firm).
- Preparation of draft reports including annexure.
- Involvement in audits and observation of all works.
- Assisting in preparing and drafting a variety of contracts, deeds, documents, and legal advisory/memos on various corporate legal matters.
Qualifications
- CA Inter with both groups cleared.
