About the Role

This is a remote internship role with RAS Capital Partners. The Intern will support deal and client-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research.
• Assist with financial and strategic analyses.
• Help prepare presentations, memos, and reports.
• Organize data.
• Maintain documentation.
• Contribute to internal project coordination.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects.
• Attend virtual meetings.
• Gain exposure to merchant banking and family office advisory work.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research abilities, including the capacity to gather, interpret, and summarize market, industry, and company information.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills for preparing clear presentations, reports, and professional correspondence.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide presentations, word processing).
• Comfort working in a remote, technology-enabled environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
• Interest in finance, investment, corporate strategy, or related fields; prior coursework or relevant academic projects are beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a small team, show initiative, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
