Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role is responsible for promoting SOCH EYE CARE’s services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into patient visits through effective sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with patients and partners.
• Explaining service offerings.
• Managing follow-ups.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Supporting sales management activities.
• Contributing to marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Delivering training or briefings to staff on new promotions, patient communication standards, and service updates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to work on-site in Delhi.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with common office software.
• Basic CRM or patient management systems are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Sales and Sales Management skills.
• Training and coaching skills.
• Basic Marketing knowledge, including campaign support, local outreach, and event coordination.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, eye care, or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
