Stocker

About the Role

As a Full-Time Stocker at Northern Tool + Equipment, you will be responsible for keeping retail stores organized and shelves stocked for customers. This role involves unloading product deliveries, moving products to the sales floor, maintaining the visual presentation of the sales floor, and assembling products as needed. Customer service is an expectation of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and placing products in proper locations in the store or backstock areas.
• Completing endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store front facing.
• Working backstock bins and bringing top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry-outs to their vehicles.
• Assembling products for customers or display.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Open Availability for scheduling.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Service-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience is admired, but not required.
• A love of tools & equipment.
