About the Role
Delaware North's Patina Group is searching for full-time Pantry Attendants to join our team at Hudson Yards in New York, New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all assigned menu items in coordination with the identified team member on duty, preparing pantry menu items according to recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure the highest possible standards of guest service are provided, listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized pantry at all times, stocking and storing food products as needed and adhering to all health and sanitation standards.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- At least 6 months' experience in a restaurant of similar capacity and level of cuisine.
- Knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation techniques.
- Ability to follow a recipe, including performing basic math skills.
- No high school diploma or GED required.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as reach up to 7 feet.
- Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the shift.
