About the Role
- Position: Field Sales Executive
- Company: Birla opus Paints
- Locations: All over Tamilnadu
- Age Limit: Up to 33 Years
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: 21,000 per month + 5,000 Petrol Allowance
- Candidates with Relevant Experience: 25,000 per month + 5,000 Petrol Allowance
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, and retail paint shops in the assigned territory.
- Promote Berger Paints products and generate sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Meet monthly sales targets and market coverage goals.
- Provide product information and support to customers.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor activity updates.
- Ensure proper product visibility and branding at retail outlets.
- Follow up on customer requirements and resolve queries promptly.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with field sales experience in paints, building materials, FMCG, or related industries will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
