Key Responsibilities

• Transforming sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine.
• Assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology for Order Management from Order Creation to Order Fulfillment, financial settlement including order prioritization, purchase order receipt, invoice matching, inventory availability and promise, accuracy and fulfillment, provisioning of services and activation of billing.
• Includes Distributed Order Management for both on-line and physical network management.
• Monitor and manage assigned work and ticket queues to ensure timely processing within service-level expectations.
• Follow established processes to determine the appropriate action and escalate non-standard requests when needed.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency, impact, and age to ensure efficient workflow.
• Interpret customer requests and complete transactions in alignment with defined processes and expected outcomes.
• Identify incomplete or unclear information and take appropriate action to move the request forward or escalate when needed.
• Communicate with internal Partners to clarify or resolve standard requests.
• Ensure all actions align with established policies, procedures, and standard work.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and system integrity.
• Escalate non-standard requests, exceptions, or unclear situations to leadership for guidance.
• Work within an assigned primary team and develop proficiency across all standard transactions within that scope.
• Participate in cross-training and demonstrate the ability to support additional work within assigned scope as business needs require.
• Work closely with peers, supervisors, and support teams to resolve tickets and maintain service levels.
• Support other work within assigned scope as needed, demonstrating flexibility and accountability.
• Identify process gaps or recurring issues and escalate opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records within the system to ensure operational consistency and audit readiness.
• Reference available tools and documentation to support accurate and efficient workflow execution.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Primary skill: Order Management - P1
• Proficiency in navigating ERPs, customer request systems, and Outlook to complete assigned tasks.
• Follows documented workflows, policies, and standard work to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems or ERP platforms.
• Ability to complete work accurately and on time by consistently following defined processes and expectations.
• Ensures accuracy in all transactions and maintains data integrity.
• Effectively prioritizes work to meet volume demands and service expectations.
• Supports customers by ensuring requests are completed correctly and communicating clearly when needed.
• Works effectively with peers and Partners to resolve requests and ensure aligned outcomes.
• Adjusts to changing processes.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation.
• 1+ years of experience in a Shared Services or customer support role.
• Experience in a high-volume processing environment.
