About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Management & Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of AscendFlow Technologies and Ascendant Academy. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and help coordinate internal teams, manage tasks, streamline workflows and ensure that projects are progressing on schedule. This role is ideal for someone interested in business operations, startup management, project coordination, and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities across different departments.
• Manage task assignments and deadlines using project management tools.
• Track team performance and follow up on pending tasks.
• Assist in recruitment, candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
• Maintain employee, intern and recruitment records.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate internal meetings and team discussions.
• Develop and maintain operational SOPs.
• Assist in organising workshops, events and business activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello or Notion is preferred.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
