About the Role

The GROWTH ASSOCIATE INTERN role at TheAISCHOOL is an on-site internship based in Hyderabad. The intern will support growth initiatives by conducting market research, assisting with outreach and sales activities, and contributing to marketing campaigns aimed at attracting learners and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing data on target audiences.
• Coordinating with team members on projects.
• Preparing reports and presentations.
• Helping execute events or promotional activities.
• Collaborating across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with the school’s goals.
• Gaining hands-on experience in growth operations within an education and technology environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Market Research and basic data analysis skills to gather insights on audiences, competitors, and trends.
• Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, outreach, and campaign execution.
• Project Management skills to help organize tasks, track progress, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in AI and technology.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Basic proficiency with office and collaboration tools.
• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, marketing, communications, technology.
