Position: Technical Recruiter
About the Role
Career Bloc is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiters to join our recruitment team. We welcome candidates interested in technical hiring and talent acquisition. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for various technical and IT positions.
- Understand job descriptions and technical requirements.
- Search for suitable candidates through job portals and professional platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of technical recruitment.
- Knowledge of IT roles and technical skills is an advantage.
- Familiarity with job portals is preferred.
- Ability to achieve recruitment targets and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
Work Details
- Salary: Up to ₹10,000 per month (Target-Based)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 5.5 Days per Week
- Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)
