About the Role

Autter is pre-launch with a waitlist and a product that's almost ready to ship. You'll work closely with the founding team across GTM, growth, content, campaigns, brand, and marketing strategy. This is a role where you'll own real initiatives end to end, from researching a market to shipping a campaign. Good judgment matters more than prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM & Growth: Brainstorm and execute go-to-market strategies, growth experiments, acquisition ideas, and campaigns.
  • Marketing Strategy: Research target users, competitors, and developer communities to identify opportunities.
  • Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute launches, product campaigns, community initiatives, and creative marketing experiments.
  • Content: Create LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other content — from ideation and scripting to execution.
  • Creative & Design: Design posters, social creatives, campaign assets, landing-page visuals, and other marketing collateral.
  • Video & Motion: Edit short-form videos, product demos, reels, and potentially create simple animations and motion graphics.
  • Community & Distribution: Identify relevant developer communities, channels, partnerships, and distribution opportunities.
  • Product Marketing: Translate technical features into messaging for developers, engineering leaders, and founders.
  • Market Research: Track competitors, developer tooling trends, communities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
  • Experiments: Develop unconventional marketing ideas, test them, measure results, and iterate.
  • General Growth: Identify and implement ways to reach relevant developers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

  • Understand the basics of GTM planning and marketing strategy.
  • Strong creative thinking and ability to generate original growth ideas.
  • Comfortable with content creation, editing, and design.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
  • Understanding of social media and content performance.
  • Comfortable with independent research, experimentation, and problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity about startups, technology, AI, and developer tools.
  • Willingness to be hands-on across various marketing tasks.
  • Available full-time or near full-time (IST time zone).

Bonus Points

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, developer tools, or tech startups.
  • Understanding of developer and engineering audiences.
  • Experience with GTM, growth experiments, or campaign planning.
  • Motion graphics or animation skills.
  • Basic analytics and performance marketing knowledge.
  • Experience running social media accounts or communities.
  • A portfolio of creative work, campaigns, or projects.
