Role Description

As a Nanny, you will support families of Niblox Solutions employees through reliable childcare in their home environment. Your daily tasks include age-appropriate engagement, accompanying children through their daily routine, supporting routines (meals, sleep times, homework), and promoting a safe, loving, and structured environment. You will prepare simple and child-friendly meals, organize creative activities, and pay attention to the physical and emotional development of the children. The position is full-time and designed as a remote role, meaning you will work in close coordination with the families, possibly with flexible working hours depending on the need. Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and respectful interaction with different family constellations are central.

Qualifications

• Childcare experience and confidence in handling children of different ages.
• Knowledge in Working With Children and fundamentals of Early Childhood Development are desirable for age-appropriate child development.
• Skills in Cooking and preparing child-friendly meals are required.
• Structured working method in daily routines is required.
