• Develop expertise in explaining prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Work with the team to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Learn to assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with the team to form best practices for sales and customer service.
• Represent the brand and educate others about its values and mission.
