Social Media Associate

About the Role

As a Social Media Associate at Treva, you will support the marketing team in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. You will assist in drafting posts, stories, and short-form content, and help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor social channels.
• Engage with the online community.
• Track basic performance metrics.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns and content calendars.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to align social media activities with broader digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and current trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, take feedback constructively, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools, video editing, or social media analytics platforms is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Completed degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• This is a full-time role for graduates who have completed their studies.

Additional Details:

• Monthly pay: approx. Rs 15,000
• 6 days a week, work from office at Vijaynagar, Bengaluru.
