About the Role
Echo Initiative by Joveo is seeking a highly motivated Associate HR Business Partner to join their growing remote, full-time team. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain highly accurate internal records and ensure strict data hygiene protocols.
- Provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to the team.
- Ensure organizational compliance with local, state, and global labor laws.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to staff regarding HR policies.
- Oversee core employee lifecycle events, from onboarding to offboarding.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High-level proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
