About the Role
Baby Jalebi is growing and seeking a stylish, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Assistant Sales Associate to join their new Mumbai store. The ideal candidate loves interacting with people, has a natural flair for sales, and understands the importance of delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing a warm, personalised in-store experience.
- Assisting customers with product selections, gifting, and nursery essentials.
- Driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
- Conducting WhatsApp and video consultations with customers.
- Managing customer enquiries, follow-ups, and orders.
- Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations, visual merchandising, and inventory.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication skills.
- A confident, polished personality.
- A natural ability to connect with customers and close sales.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic computer systems, and retail software.
- Well-organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- A genuine interest in beautiful products, design, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in premium retail, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury brands is preferred.
