About the Role
To support Tesco Business Solutions in ensuring accuracy of range and product information on the website, resolve queries and requests actioned with utmost accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify operational improvements and find solutions by applying CI tools and techniques.
- Complete tasks and transactions within agreed critical metrics.
- Apply fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work.
- Responsible for ranging for fulfilment centres.
- Lead the grocery query mailbox and prioritize queries as the need arises in line with agreed processes.
- Responsible for Taxonomy & Trading: Mapping requested products into the right categories and working cross-functionally to resolve issues.
- Run Excel/VBA based Substitution Algorithms on a weekly basis and resolve issues.
- Follow the Code of Business Conduct and always act with integrity and due diligence.
