What You Will Be Doing
- Full-Time, Regular Employee Status.
- Two-Year Rotational Program: Experience diverse roles across our Winnemucca manufacturing site, including technical, operational, and leadership tracks.

What You Will Bring
- Degree: Final-year undergraduate or recent graduate (within 1 year) in Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering.
- Eligibility:
- Able to drive in the U.S.
- Willing to live in Winnemucca, NV after the program.
- Be eligible to work within the United States with no sponsorship.
- Ability to start June 2027.
Role Dimensions
- On-site Role: Report to Winnemucca site five days a week.
- Selection Process: Video and In-person interviews may be required.
- Pre-employment Checks: Background, medical, and drug screening.
