About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise support for understanding origination guidelines and utilizing financial statements to complete the origination process.
- Undertake ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements.
- Analyze and execute assignments/deals with moderate complexity.
- Provide work products with improved quality and timeline.
- Realize responsibility and complete tasks.
- Involve a small amount of independent decision-making.
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
- You will be provided with detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
- The decisions that you make would impact your own work.
- You will be an individual contributor as part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in Commercial Banking Operations.
- Experience in Core Banking.
- Experience in origination system (good to have).
- Experience with client customized templates (good to have).
- Experience/exposure of US commercial banking operations.
- Good team player who is dynamic, result-oriented with strong work ethic.
Qualifications
- B.B.M or Bachelor's degree with Finance specialization.
- MBA/B.COM Finance and Accounting (mentioned in experience section, relevant for qualifications).
- Flexible to shifts.
- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
