Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential students through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
- Explain Weskill's training programs, features, and benefits.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Generate leads and convert interested students into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team growth.
- Coordinate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently in the final year of graduation or already graduated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement.
- Ability to communicate confidently and handle customer queries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
