About the Role
Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to join their Water/Wastewater group in Austin, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Water and sewer modeling
- Water and wastewater facility evaluation, design, and construction administration
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 0-4 years of water/wastewater design experience
- Understanding of or experience designing water and wastewater facilities including pipelines, pumping systems, and treatment systems
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, Bentley MicroStation, and water distribution and sewer modeling software is a plus
- Relevant internship experience required for new graduates
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to work cooperatively with others
- Passing grade on the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam or EIT preferred
