About the Role
We're looking for a Founder's Office Intern who is curious, proactive, and excited to work closely with the founders of AGAM Perfumes. This role offers hands-on exposure to business strategy, marketing, operations, and the everyday decisions involved in building and growing a consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with founders on business initiatives, planning, and execution.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, consumer behaviour, and growth opportunities.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, brand-building activities, and content strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for smooth business operations.
- Track ongoing projects, monitor progress, and help ensure timely delivery.
- Identify operational gaps, suggest improvements, and help implement practical solutions.
- Take ownership of new initiatives and work on cross-functional assignments.
Who We're Looking For
- A student, recent graduate, or someone eager to explore entrepreneurship and business management.
- Strong communication, research, and organisational skills.
