About the Role
Chartered Accountant – International Tax & Accounting
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and accounting records.
- Handle bookkeeping and accounting activities for Canadian clients.
- Assist with preparation and filing of Canadian corporate tax returns (T2).
- Assist with Canadian personal tax returns (T1) and related tax compliance.
- Work on month-end and year-end accounting processes.
- Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Assist with preparation of working papers and supporting documentation.
- Work on R&D Tax Credit for international clients.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – recently qualified / fresher.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
