Junior Business Development Executive

About the Role

Axium Global is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to our international outreach efforts across markets like the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia. The role focuses on developing and executing strategies to identify and attract high-quality leads, foster strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential clients and market opportunities in the AEC sector across international markets.
• Support the team in executing email outreach and cold-calling campaigns to generate leads.
• Maintain and update the CRM/MIS system with accurate information about prospects and interactions.
• Help in preparing reports on outreach activities, lead status, and campaign performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs and aid in communicating our value proposition.
• Follow up with prospective clients and schedule meetings or calls for senior team members.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a healthy database of potential leads.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the AEC industry.
• Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with email communication and basic MS Office tools.
• Motivated to develop skills in international markets and client engagement.
• Basic understanding of sales or business development processes is a plus, but training will be provided.
