Real Estate Development & Acquisitions Intern

About the Role

KVP Living is seeking a Real Estate Intern to support their property sourcing and development pipeline. This is a 3-6 month internship based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Find off-market, distressed, auction, and redevelopment properties
• Connect with brokers, agents, and property owners
• Research and identify potential property opportunities
• Coordinate and attend site visits
• Collect property details, documents, photos, and videos
• Assist with basic feasibility and market research
• Maintain property records and acquisition pipeline

Qualifications

• Student or graduate in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Good communication and research skills
• Proactive and comfortable with follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / Google Maps
• Willing to travel across Bengaluru
• Genuine interest in real estate
• Kannada is an advantage
