Full Stack Engineer Intern

About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer Intern, you will work closely with the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain web applications that power InterviewExplainer’s platform. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where you will gain hands-on experience with modern web technologies and development practices while contributing to real product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement front-end features.
• Build and optimize back-end services.
• Integrate APIs.
• Ensure responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Write clean and testable code.
• Debug issues.
• Collaborate with product and design stakeholders to refine requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), including building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including working with server-side logic, APIs, and data handling.
• Skills in Full-Stack Development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, reliable applications.
• Strong understanding of core web technologies (HTML, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with at least one modern framework (such as React, Vue, Angular, or Node.js) is beneficial.
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Basic knowledge of version control (Git).
• Basic knowledge of software testing practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.
