About the Role

This is a full-time, 12-week internship for Summer 2027, located in SeaTac, WA. Candidates not already in the internship city will be required to relocate. This internship is designed solely to provide skill development and valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from guest satisfaction, flight attendant comments, and delay information to create actionable insights into the performance of the Food, Beverage, and Catering Operations teams.
• Perform analysis on retail program sales and take-rate data combined with waste and guest feedback on the fresh food pre-order program.
• Partner with various team leads to create strategies and tactics to improve sales, reduce costs, and increase guest satisfaction.
• Provide support for the Inflight Guest Products dashboard and reporting using productivity tools like Excel to automate and streamline current reporting and analytics processes.
• Support the business management team by reviewing budgets and preparing data for the annual budget planning process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working toward a Bachelor's degree with a focus in Analytics/Data Science, Operations, Marketing, or Customer Experience.
• Experience working in Excel and other office productivity tools such as PowerPoint.
• Basic coursework in Finance, Accounting, and Mathematics.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
• Achieved a junior or higher academic standing at the time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• Analytics tool exposure to programs such as Tableau or Power BI is helpful but not required.
