About the Role
ONE Simulation is hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer to join their Technology & IT Infrastructure team. This full-time position is located in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh. The role is ideal for enthusiastic and technically curious individuals with a passion for Cloud Computing, DevOps, Server Management, and Web Infrastructure. This opportunity is for those looking to build a career in Cloud & DevOps Engineering, with hands-on experience gained through academic projects, internships, or personal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing cloud infrastructure on AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Deploy and maintain websites and web applications.
- Manage Linux servers, DNS configurations, domains, and SSL certificates.
- Work with Nginx, Apache, Git, and GitHub.
- Assist in developing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
- Support Docker-based deployments and automation.
- Monitor server performance, security, backups, and application uptime.
- Troubleshoot deployment, hosting, and infrastructure-related issues.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic knowledge of AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
- Understanding of Linux and server administration.
- Knowledge of website hosting, DNS, SSL, and domain management.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD concepts.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Shell, or Python).
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, DNS).
Good to Have
- Docker and containerization.
- Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
- WordPress and React/Node.js application deployment.
- AWS or Azure certifications.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
- Candidates with practical deployment or cloud infrastructure project experience.
- Applicants with relevant internships and personal GitHub projects.
