About the Role

FACE Prep is seeking a Technical Trainer (Fresher) to deliver engaging classroom sessions and labs focused on building core technical and job-readiness skills for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom sessions and labs.
• Explain complex concepts clearly.
• Guide learners through practice problems and projects.
• Provide timely feedback on learner performance.
• Prepare training materials.
• Update content based on industry trends.
• Collaborate with senior trainers to refine curricula.
• Support learners through doubt-clearing sessions.
• Conduct assessments.
• Assist with placement-focused activities, including mock interviews and test preparation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in core technical areas relevant to entry-level tech jobs.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, design simple examples, and guide learners through problem-solving step by step.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage classroom interactions and encourage participation.
• Basic familiarity with placement processes, aptitude concepts, and interview preparation for software and IT roles is an advantage.
• Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms to deliver content, share resources, and track learner progress.
• Demonstrated interest in teaching, mentoring, or facilitation through projects, college activities, or internships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
• Ability to collaborate with a training team.
• Ability to adapt to structured schedules and program timelines.
